Individual Psychotherapy

Dr. Drewno currently offers individual psychotherapy to adults. Therapy can take place in person at Dr. Drewno's office, or via a secure, HIPAA-compliant virtual platform--whichever makes you more comfortable.

Group Therapy

Beginning in late March 2021, Dr. Allison Drewno and Dr. Tracy Thomas will offer group therapy for individuals experiencing Grief and Loss. This is an 8-week group that will meet once per week. Participants will work through grief in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment. For more information, please contact Dr. Drewno at 202-417-7261.

Other topics of focus for future therapy groups include trauma, pet loss, substance use, postpartum issues, and diabetes management.
