Payment is due at the time the session begins. Clients have the option to be billed for services on a monthly basis.

Fees

• The fee for individual psychotherapy is $250 per 50-minute session

• The fee for group therapy is $120 per 75-minute session

• Rates for assessment are determined on an individual basis

• The fee for clinical consultation or doctoral student supervision is $250 per 50-minute session

• The fee for private practice start-up consultation is $500 per two-hour session

• Fees for speaking engagements vary based on event size, duration, and travel requirements

Forms of Payment

Washington Psychotherapy & Assessment PLLC accepts payment by cash, check, Venmo, or credit card, payable prior to each session. There is a $60 fee for a returned check. Insurance is not accepted, though your insurance company may provide reimbursement through its out-of-network policy. Please contact your insurance company for more information.

Cancellation Policy

Washington Psychotherapy & Assessment PLLC requires at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment. If less than 24 hours’ notice is provided, the client will be responsible for paying the full fee for the scheduled session.
